CHESS MATCH

This Chess match is between Chérie (light pieces) and an antagonist (dark pieces), and the moves will be featured in the official lyric video.

When the game displays “Chérie's Move (voting active),” you can vote for Chérie's next move. When the timer reaches 00:00:00, Chérie will make the move with the most votes, and then the antagonist will make a move.

The game will continue until there is a victor… will it be Chérie? That is up to you.

* A random selection will be made if two or more moves have the same number of votes.

Stardate 2026-10-11:

The original author of Humpty Dumpty is completely unknown:

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses and all the king's men,
Couldn't put Humpty together again.

Did we write it to ourselves?

We typically use it as a riddle and walk it back to, “you can’t un-break an egg.”

But the lyrics never say that Humpty Dumpty had broken, or had hit the bottom yet, or even that they were an egg. We decided Humpty Dumpty’s fate, but maybe it was that all the king’s horses and all the king’s men couldn’t put Humpty together again because Humpty wasn’t broken, and hadn’t hit the bottom yet, and might not be so fragile, and just might jump back up and sit on a wall again?
